We are a red team. Our playground is State F, the virtual country of the Standoff cyberbattle, where banks, refineries, power grids and railways run on real software and real industrial controllers.

The job is simple to say and hard to do: get in, move through the network, and complete attack chains that would hurt a real company. Every hit is proven with a report the judges accept.

Everything we do happens on a sanctioned cyber range. White hats only.

Ten strong players can still lose to a team that plays together. It's a product, not a sum: if one factor drops to zero, so does the result.

technique: find the flaw and know what each host unlocks
tactics: pick the path that actually ends in a critical event
teamwork: hand over access and context with nothing lost
endurance: sharp calls on day four, with real breaks
discipline: notes, proofs and reports as we go; rules respected
